What are psychometric tests?

A lot of hiring companies use one or more psychometric tests to help them shortlist candidates for the interview process.
An example of this could be a verbal, numerical or logical reasoning test. Some people can do the job, but still fail numerical tests.

What does a logical reasoning test look like?

You are often faced with a sequence of diagrams with one diagram missing. You will then be tasked with finding the most fitting diagram from a list of diagrams

We get in touch with you to find out details about your test and request the link to your test.
We then complete the test for you and inform you when it has been done.

What happens if I get rejected shortly after you complete my numerical test for me?

If you fail a logical test, you will normally get a computer generated response fairly quickly (less than a day).
If you get an email notification of your application being rejected before the following day of the test being completed, we will happily refund you your money.

You are often faced with a table or graph that you have to analyse, and then choose an answer from a list of possible answers within a specified amount of time.

Did you know?

Did you know that over 50% of employees would fail a numerical test, but yet they are still working their job? A numerical test is just a pre-requisite, it doesn't necessarily indicate how you will do on the job.

Please note however, that we only support numerical tests provided by Shl and Kenexa.
